The NRA Basic Pistol class is an 8 hour class is designed for beginners seeking to learn the fundamentals of shooting a pistol. The fundamentals are the foundation on which all shooting platforms originate, so having a good grasp of the basics will help you grow as a new shooter. You will also learn how pistols and revolvers function, ammunition basics and the basics of cleaning your gun. The class is approved to obtain your Concealed Weapons License in Florida.

This class is also a prerequisite for anyone wanting to become an NRA Basic Pistol Instructor.

The cost is $175 not including range fees. No need to own a pistol or bring ammunition. Just bring a lunch and eye and ear protection if you have it.
